So this is how you guys get the humongaloid post count....
Marine paced infront of the Naval Corporal. His head was slouched over, shoulders hunched as if he watched the floor tiles. He rested his palms on the loops of his belt.
"Tell me again, slowly, why we landed here."
Corporal Sherard, a Navyman graduate of the current year, wiped sweat percolating on his sloped forehead. His blue eyes were frosted from the sun. He looked at the High Marshall and stood in attention, knees chattering his leggings into a strange clickiting melody.
"Captain Abrald was told to restock in this place." Said the Corporal, slow and deliberate. "He thought it would be resourceful."
Marine stopped pacing. He glanced at the Navyman and then turned to the gaggle yards away from them. "Fine. Dismissed."
Sherard sighed inward. He gave the Marshal a salute and tunred his heel. His feet didn't get far when a thunderous boom shook the air.
The bullet struck the man's head. Arterial sprays drenched his white uniform as he toppled to the ground, a fist shaped hole at the base of his spine.
Marine blew smoking gun powder from his pistol and holstered it. "Have a nice day Corporal Shepard."
