More computer problems. Gotta love computers... This time there's 6 inch lines after all the words. And it only does it once I've signed into Windows. Any ideas?

Run an error check on your hard drive, then defrag it. If that doesn't work, back everything up, wipe the hard drive and re-install Windows.
