I would have to go with Gatomon for most bad ass, sure the Megas can scare you and sure the Lords of Digi Darkness can scare you, but true fear comes from those who you don't expect
Now an icy cold stare from Gatomon atop of her hypnotic skills makes her scary as hell! Imagine, she can just look at you and take hold of your mind, ultimately doing whatever she feels like, now if someone is there (say the happy mind of Epsilon) who knows how bad that can become?
