true if they join just to become a member then they should actually do something, rather than lurk around. sure i've lurked around around a bit, but that was before i joined recently, but i post maybe once or twice depending on the topic, so i fthey are just lurking then they should be removed or resign.

Maybe they have nothing good to contribute? Kinda like me. I come in once and a while, see if any stories are updated, specially Wizemon's series and decide hey ill check the forum. I see if theres anything new in the digimon realm and then be on my merry way. I do make the odd post here and there.
