Incidentally, I've found quitea number of people who are squicked by theidea of guilmon in sexual situations precisely because of that. Not everybody likes the idea of a... Let's say "being" with a 5-years-old mind being sexually involved.

Well, depends what you use to decide that. I doubt that would be true for the digimon fandom as a whole, and even in the porn department, not everybody is necessarily interested in the digimon couplings.
