Now the point is, she's more action oriented so she has to have a skirt/shorts like that. And I could probally pull off a "first" story for her. I just couldn't write it.

That's my point. The other DATS girls wear reasonable skirts, but Yoshino's is really short, and her shorts are also way too short. That other character you showed is another example of the animators having fun with their job, if you know what I mean.

Yeah but it is a teenage character and all the others girls on that show seem to wear the same thing. So the whole point is yoshino wears short skirt/shorts because of some reason and because she moves more then the other girls. And she could have done it before but she doesn't seem to have a life outside of DATS.
So I guess we're done here.
