Irk? think of it as a figure of speach it means bother, but in a short way.
not sure about being a city dweller, but who knows maybe I am, maybe not. I just hang around the house, not doing much. so I think i'll just put I don't know.

The first point: irk means to irritate, or to be irriated by. If you irk someone, you are an annoyance. The second point: it makes you look stupid and inconsiderate, and people are irked and annoyed after having to decody your unnessesary cypher. Besides, if you type in standard English it's good practice. I hope you don't write like this in any English lessons, or your SAT results will put you in a very low group at GCSE levels. And heaven forbid if should write like that doing your coursework!
