<< 142 push-ups with one hand... 116 sit-ups... 3 pull-ups... 3 hours of weight-lifting...2 hours of aerobics... 3 minutes of something like yoga- only more brutal... feels like i'm about to fall appart... VV Thinks Velmont should give a guy in a wheelchair a break...
