Poll options?

Just out of curiosity, could the number of poll options be increased? Even if you could extend it to 12 or 15 you'd be able to include lots more kinds of polls (what's your sign, what's your favorite this or that). Clearly, a rational option limit would have to be established (not like 50 or something retarded like that) but maybe if some more were added, the poll section might see a little more activity with different polls going on.
