Aha, his signature technique. Also called 'V-Nova Blast' in the game Digimon World 2

Right, in Digimon World 2, a Veemon with under 4 DP will digivolve to Veedramon. If he has over 4 DP, he'll become Flamedramon. Veedramon digivolves to AeroVeedramon.

and Aero-Veedramon's signature tech is the V-Wing Blade...

but look at this:
Greymon, sig=Nova Blast/Veedramon, sig=V-Nova Blast.
Garudamon, sig= Wing Blade/Aero-Veedramon, sig=V-Wing Blade.

Actually, it's just an alt form, like flamedramon and raidramon. And the mega for veedramon is ulforce veedramon. http://www.thedigiport.com/dex_AlforceVeedramon.shtml
