Yes. (and any male liquid come form the hole in the tip. it's called precum and it does have sperm in it.) Girls will "get wet" as they call it whenever they're sexually excited. Which of course could get very messy. Women have different ways and phases of arrousal. Guys have very few phases.

Well, it's been a long time since I've been here, but, here goes.
