The war is far from over

Two years ago, I achieved my healthy weight of 165 lbs, which eventually became 170, which wasn't so bad. The point is: I lost about 65 lbs on a strict diet of my own creation. Now, somehow, in the past few months, I've shot up to 185. I guess it was a little extra fruit and cereal here and there. I've got to lose 15 lbs over my Thanksgiving break, and it ain't going to be easy.

I'm only 5'9", so I should only weigh about 160. My top weight was 235, and my usual weight nowadays is 170. 170 is what I'm shooting to recapture.

I'm about 5' and way roughly 120. Most people think I only weigh about 95-100. It may be at the last green box thingy on the BMI chart, but the point is, I don't look overweight at all, so as far as I care, I'm fine with it. And I doubt I'll go up much at all, considering I almost never eat lunch.

ONLY 5'9" he says...

*is jealous, and is 5'5"*

Wise, instead of being "Argh, I gained 15!!" you should be congratulating yourself for the significant accomplishment you've made before. It takes a lot of effort to yield results like that. Being negative about it now isn't being fair to yourself; you did great before, and you can do it again!

Try and keep that in mind. It'll help keep you feeling better about yourself.

Huh, how old are you? Did you not hit your growth spurt yet?

Well, so far so good for me. I've lost six pounds in the past few days, but I've got a ways to go. If I keep at this rate, I should be back to my normal weight by the end of my vacation. Senjuro, I have congratulated myself in the past, but I can't rest on past accomplishments.

See? I knew you were being too hard on yourself. If you did it once, you can do it again. Keep it up!

Not eating lunch is probably the reason you're not growing.

My whole family is short. I'm as tall as my mom and taller then my older sister. My grandpa is really the only tall one, and a couple of my cousin. But yea.. We're all short. And today, I had two lunches... But it tasted like crap, so I didn't eat it all.
