If you're talking about Digimon X-Evolution I read it's nothing more then a movie and not a new season. Sure there are thousands of rumors on the web about the quote unquote missing seasons of digimon, but it's the internet, you can't really trust someone who says a statement. Sadly I think Frontier was the last season. One site I forget which said that it was in fact the end and said that the first episode of season 1 was entitled And so it begins while somewhere at the last episode of Frontier it said And so it ends as proof.

Well the dubbers could have simply put in that last message. I'm not sure if it's there, I'll have to go through my old tapes and watch. With the new dubbing of one of the digimon movies it gives a lot of people out there hope for more movies and seasons, but I think it's false hope. This is just my opinion that at most all they will do is dub the remaining movies. So far nobody has any interest in creating a new season of digimon.

Companies that is. If it were up to me I'd change the whole concept. Instead of saving the world, it would be very similar to Digimon World 3. Digimon is an online game and it follows a character who gets involved, gets a partner{s} and has a series of adventures in the game. It wouldn't involve anything to do with evil and taking over the world, this is just my pitch. Any remaining ''high positions'' people still involved with digimon would probably be at http://www.digimon.com so try poking around the message boards there. It's the only site I know of that posted news of the premiere of the last dubbed movie aside from tv listing sites of course.

The real high position folks are in Japan.

Personally, I would make something like Tamers for a 5th season. Very real-world, with lots of colors of moral issues instead of black and white. And taking place at least partly in the real world, but perhaps with D3 type access to the Digital World.
