Of course I couldn't connect all of them. Maybe all but the frontier movies but they're stupid connections like they had in the first three movies.

Aww sure they could find a way to connect them. Use the 4th movie (Diaboromon strikes back) and the 5th movie, and their common character Omnimon, (Tamers movie 1) as a bridge to the 6th movie (Tamers movie 2). Mixing in frontier though is almost impossible.

In tamers movie 1 I didnt get in the begining where was Omnimon in the Tamers digital world or in the adventure digital world and why did they show Apocalymon in the scene.

It was a different Omnimon and the movie villian made from the leftover data of Apocalymon.
