I was thinking of making a forum for digimon RPing, lemonny or otherwise, but I don't know if the demand would be high enough :P

You mean Digimon RP's with a plot and you gotta make up your own character and stuff like that? If so, that'd be cool to do that. Me and my friend were thinking about going back to RP'ing again.
