...if we could have something called, "4TV"? It's like 4KidsTV on Fox, but the toons are more mature. That's right, uncut versions of Sonic X, Ninja Turtles, Mew Mew Power, etc, at a later timeslot!

That would be good but the turtles are the only thing 4kids got right(that I know of), seeing as it's made from a US show.

The closest thing is that adult swim is listed as a different channel ratings-wise.

Adult Swim is hardly adult humor. Sealab 2021, sometimes Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and the new show with the clay animation are really the only adult ones. Shows like Tom Goes To The Mayor are really not bad for kids to watch.
