He even provoked the 2nd Dominion War of 2386, forcing the Federation, the Romulans, the "Shampooians" (aka the futuristic versions of Shampoo's Chinese Amazon tribe), the Klingons and even the Tholians to save us. Happosai even joined forces with Dominion and Jem'Hadar renegades from the Beta Quadrant (they wanted nothing to do with the Great Link).
Happosai was later brought to justice...until someone decided to feel sorry for him...AGAIN!
