that's nonsense. A cartoon is really not to be relationed to real people.
in some cases starting to have yaoi tendency because you started liking (in that way) the charaters of an anime really doesn't mean you are yaoi if you start applying to real life i guess that would happen (if you weren't like that before). so with cartoons its totaly ok cause it's not directly doing damage, what happens next is ones own responsability. well that's how things are over there at USA.

Is there any reason at all to ban cartoon and virtual child pornography? No children are being coerced to do it.

Oy gevalt. When will they learn that no actual children are involved in the making of hentai, no matter the age of the characters? *Looks at the show that inspired this website*

Such a law would probably be stricken down for the material involved failing to meet the qualifications of child pornography: no real children were involved and as such noone was harmed during the material's production. Just as showing somone gay or lesbian themed porn won't convert them into a homosexual, exposure to hentai with underaged characters won't make someone a pedophile if they weren't already.
