Why are there no digimon novels?

They wouldn't sell with children. Remember, like it or not, Digimon is targetted at children.

a novell wouldn't have to be. The concepts within it could easily capture the mind of an adult. A more adult storyline could still attract younger fans and new combers as well as older ones. And the conceptswould attract a higher minded audiance
