ok in order to answer a question of mine one needs to be asked so...

last saterday a friend of mine caught me on the way back from the dollar store and helped me get stuff home. as he helped me unpack the junk he noticed alot of it was crap unfit to be in any home *thus the dollar store* when he asked my why in god's name i had that shit i simply told him that they were my version of stress relivers. need less to say he looked at me like i had gone insane *more so* so -my day thus far having already been shot full of holes and prepissed off- with a sigh i demonstrated. a tacky ceramic jar soon became nothing more than shards as my base ball bat smashed it to bits in my back yard, he got a kick out of this and said that i was a complete nut job... agreed but how the hell does that have anything to do with it?

so the main question being: am i the only one doing things like this? what do you do when pissed beyond limits?

Don't waste your money when you can hit things for free. My two favorites are street signs and restroom stall walls.

I use nature's most natural means: Video Games! and not those stuoid halo FPS games either real games like fighting games

video games god bless em DOA and Digimon Rumble Arena 2 are the best ive played in a while :) for fighting now if you into rpg's then legia 2 hands down :D

I rarely get violent with inanimate objects. The only time recently was at work when those swinging doors slammed into my hand, which had just been stung by a hornet. I was so pissed I knifed a line across the door, even though it was all brand new and shit.

But that didn't so much relieve my stress as make me take a mental note of "Make sure no one else is around BEFORE you do shit like that."

When I need to relieve stress, I either play video games, go to sleep, or get on my bike and struggle up steep hills in the countryside for a few hours until I'm too exhausted to be mad.

There *was* one time when I relieved stress in a slightly more stupid way... That was about a month or so ago, during my absence from this place. It was late at night, I had just gotten home, no-one was there, I was depressed, angry and, unfortunately, somewhat drunk. I can't quite remember *what* I was thinking, but I ended up standing in front of the mirror and attempting to furiously beat up my mirror image. After a couple of punches I couldn't bear that stupid face in the mirror any more, walked away and fell asleep on the sofa.
That was not one of the better days of my life. :/

Drawing

Taking a walk

and Jerking off

Hasn't failed me yet ;3

good to know im not the only destructive one :) any how sorry to hear about the mirror urban, anus... yeah its prolly wise to check first, reo.. there are alot of good points but walking :?: video games are more effective in my oppinion but what ever floats your boat as they say :D
