Indeed. CTRL-F5 will get you the most recent version. In this case, the "June 15" update version ;)
You could also subscribe to the newsletter. That way you'd get the entire update text (including all relevant links) in a nice E-Mail. :D

Ah, I see now. Finally the update is here. I hope we don't have to wait another 2 months for the next one
