Can someone load my sig pic on a website?

It's a decently small(350 by 239) sig of a dragon named Chibisuke from the Dragon Drive anime that I drew myself...the only work of art I have ever been successful on. Can I get someone to set it up for me?

Made it a .gif instead of .bmp because brinkster isn't so fond of bmps. Just made the pic a little darker.
