Dub, Sub, or Neutral
#31
I'm neutral myself. Though I admit I try to buy all my anime's on DVD for the same reasons Nate Hunter cited. For the most part dubs are a nesessity for me since I can't speak/read Nihongo. (I think that's the proper term for the Japanese language.) But there's usually one thing per episode on anything that the dub version makes almost no sense so I fire up the subtitles. Basically I trained myself to be able to enjoy an anime in any format and take it as little differantly depending on how I watch it.

A couple years ago when I was still into the pokemon anime before I got annoyed at the repetitive theme I baught Mewtwo Strikes Back on DVD without a thought of looking at the back to see what formats it was in. I figured, "alright now I can hear the original voices!" Imagine my surprise when I got home and found that I could only put it into spanish or french. Seems kind of funny (I.E. "what the fuck?!" funny) that they took out the original track on an anime.
