Is there any way to translate the mangas please if there is tell me how

If you can read Japanese you could probably download the pics to an editor like paintshop, erase the japanese words and replace them with english. I'm trying to learn the language now but unfortunately it's just from a cheap site that uses typical words like; hello and how are you, and I doubt that'd help much in a translation. If I ever find a book that helps teach I'll see if I could translate some.

Try windows update. They have text suports for a lot of languages.
