You are wrong about it being the first game to have a naked male. I hear the ending to a game called "Xenogears" has acouple naked guys in it. Never got around to beating it myself.

MY TURN.

The very FIRST NAKED MAN in a VIDEO GAME was about 20 years ago. Sure you couldn't see it like you can today but the game was called I think Custerd's Last Stand (doesn't know the system. >.<). The goal of the game was get as many of the femal Indians pregnant as you can before you die.
