This isn't exactly a new rule, for most of th epast year or so Yahoo! has been periodically attacking batches of Adult-only groups from their servers, but because there are so many, it's impossible for them to go and delete all of them, especially the very high-traffic ones that would get them complaints from hundreds or thousands of users... so they strike lower traffic ones or ones that they think they can reasonably get (like fan-groups of TV shows).
They've taken other methods to reduce the load on their servers, such as not storing attachments and setting download limits for groups... Also, concenring your accounts, occasionally free services go through and deactivate accounts that violate their TOS in different ways... I had one temporarily deactivated for not putting extensions on my files (to allow for remaote linking), and yours may have been disabled for having Adult content (free servers really don't like their users hosting porn/hentai images; adult content gets more traffic, raising the cost of hosting your page), though I can't say for exactly what reason it happened. I've been in groups that cot booted, so you aren't alone in this, but Yahoo doe shave their reasons, even if those reasons suck, and this is not the first time this has happened, this is just the latest wave in their crackdown.

Well, I honestly couldn't care less 'bout yahoo. They suck, their websites sucks, the adds on their sites sucks and the fucking pic sections sucks because you can't view the pics in full size... Or is it just me? x_x I mean I tried posting a wallpaper there like 1080x1024, but it ended up like 600x600 something something pixs. WHAT'S THEIR FRIGGIN' PROBLEM? =P
