Adventures in the Pokemon World Part 1
Setting: A boy wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt underneath a black trench coat can be seen. The boy, Barny, looks towards the door as two other boys enter the room. One was wearing brown pants and a black sweater, and the other was wearing a leather jacket and blue jeans.
Barny: Hey Loachu, Nukem.
Loachu: Hey man.
Nukem nods his head and looks around the room. Couches and furniture are scattered about the room. There's a phone on the wall, and a TV is sitting in a corner. There's a table set up against the wall, and a refrigerator was right next to it.
Nukem: Me and Loachu got an invitation for a party that's supposed to be here. You get one, too?
Barney: (holding up invitation) Yeah, see? But whose idea is it?
Loachu: I dunno.
All three look towards the door as three laughing girls enter the room. Their laughter stops as they realize other people are in the room.
Barny: Hey M.Jade.
The girl wearing black baggy jeans, a green tank top, a backpack, and a black jacket tied around her waist smiles.
M.Jade: Hiya, Barny. You remember my friend, RP, right? *points to the girl wearing wide legged dark blue jeans, a red T-shirt, and a blue jean sleeveless vest*
RP: Hey.
M.Jade: And this is my sister, Gotenks. *nods head towards the girl holding a bag, who is wearing baggy khaki pants and a black, short-sleeve shirt*
Gotenks: Hi.
RP: We didn't know anyone else was going to be here. We got these weird invitations about some sort of party that was supposed to be here.
Barny: Yeah, we got the same invitation.
Nukem: So who's idea was this party?
All six people turn towards the TV as the set turned itself on. On the screen was two boys, a girl holding an egg, and a mouse-looking thing walking along a path. They all looked at each other nervously.
Loachu: Man, what's with that?
Gotenks: I don't know, but I'm outta here! *Everyone jumps as the door suddenly slams shut. Gotenks tries to open the door, but it's locked.* I can't get the door open!
Barny: Here, let me try. *tries to open the door, and fails*
Nukem: Some party this turned out to be.
M.Jade: Well we can't start panicing. At least we still have electricity. *lights go out* I spoke too soon.
RP: Um, if the electricity is out, how come the TV still works.
Everyone looks at the TV, and sure enough, it was still on. The group began to back away from the TV as the screen started to get brighter and brighter. And soon, the brightness engulfed everything.
* * * * *
Barny opened his eyes to see that he was no longer in a room. He was laying on his back, looking up into the sky. He sits up and sees M.Jade and RP laying down on the ground. The other three are no where to be found.
Barny: M.Jade, RP. You two ok?
Both sit up slowly, and take in their surroundings.
M.Jade: What happened? Where is my sister?
Barny: I don't know. When I woke up, it was only the three of us.
RP: Is it just me, or do you two notice anything different?
All three look around them. Everything they saw was unrealistically bright. What was more, they saw strange animals running about. What took the cake, however, was that they were animated. The three friends did not notice as three pairs of eyes were watching them . . .
* * * * *
Loachu: What the heck is going on?
Nukem: Calm down. There's got to be an explaination for this.
Loachu: CALM DOWN? How can I? I'M A CARTOON! I wonder where everyone else is?
Nukem: Good question. Here's another one . . . How did we end up here? Where is here, anyway?
First voice: Looks like they're just as lost as us.
Second voice: Maybe they're not lost at all.
Nukem: Who said that?
Third voice: She did. *three people and an animal step out into the open, and Loachu and Nukem gasp*
* * * * *
Gotenks wakes up to find herself alone on the beach. She stands up, and looks around.
Gotenks: Oh geez. Where is everyone? *yelling* Hello? Is anyone around?
??: Yeah, you could say that.
Gotenks spins around and is face to face with a boy. She gasps.
Gotenks: Hey, I know you! Aren't you . . .
??: I'm Gary Oak, soon to be greatest Pokemon trainer in the world. Who are you?
Gotenks: My name is Go . . . My name is Pandora. Panda for short. *looks around* Where am I, anyway?
Gary: You're not much of a trainer, are you? We're on the Orange League Islands.
Panda: *sweatdrops* Uh, yeah. I knew that. I'm sorta new around here.
Gary: You're new around here, eh? Well, today's your lucky day. I'll let you join me until we reach the next city. We're in the middle of nowhere, right now. *studies her* How in the world did you get here, anyway?
Panda: Well, it's a long, and weird story.

The three figures watching RP, M.Jade, and Barny were that of a blue-haired boy, a red-headed girl, and a small cat like creature.
Boy: I wonder who they are?
Girl: Do you think they could be friend or foe?
Cat: Who cares, let's just do what we do best!
Boy: What's that?
The girl and the cat facefaulted.
Girl: You ignoramus!!
The girl punched the blue-haired boy in the head.
Cat: We're thieves. What do you think, we're good at!!
Boy: Oh yeah...stealing!!
The cat and the girl sweatdropped at the boys' cluelessness and unusually loud tone that he had used.
Girl: Not so loud! We have to make our grand entrance!!
Boy: Okay, sorry, sorry...
***********
Barny: I wonder where we are?
M.Jade: I don't know but we better find our way back.
RP: Yeah...this is one weird party. I wonder where the others are?
M.Jade: Yeah, I hate for my sister to be lost by herself...not to mention us.
Barny: Don't worry girls...I'll protect you!
Barny started to flex his muscles, and M.Jade and RP sweatdropped.
M.Jade/RP: Don't flatter yourself kid.
RP stood there thinking for a moment.
Barny: What's the matter, RP?
RP: You know, kid...
Barny: Kid!!
M.Jade: Hey, the name suits ya! Compared to us, you are a kid.
Barny: Hey!!
M.Jade: What were you about to say?
RP: This place looks sorta familiar.
M.Jade: I know what you mean.
Barny: It's almost like we're in the Poke...
Before Barny could finish his statement, two out of the three figures who were watching them appeared from out of nowhere...
Girl: To protect the world from devastation...
Boy: To unite all peoples within our nations...
Girl: To denounce the evils of truth and love...
Boy: To extend our reach to the stars above...
Girl: Jessie!
Boy: (Holding a rose) James!
Barny: This is nothing but a waste of time. (Noticing the characters) Hey, aren't they...
M.Jade and RP pushed Barny down with stars in their eyes to get a better look.
M.Jade/RP: Cool...it's Team Rocket!!
Jessie: Oh...so you've heard of us.
James: Cool.
Jessie: Yeah...cool, but...(turning to Barny as well as RP and M.Jade and also yelling) NEVER INTERRUPT THE MOTTO!!!
Barny sweatdropped and apologized.
Jessie: And Team Rocket is NOT a waste of time!!! Now where was I?
James: Let's see...I just finished my part..."James"
Jessie: Okay. (Posing with James) Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!
James: Surrender now or prepare to fight!!
Cat: (To himself) That's my cue!!
The cat like creature then jumped in between Jessie and James from behind them. He just seemed to appear from out of nowhere.
Meowth: Meowth...that's right! (To Jessie and James) What took ya two so long!
James: They interrupted the motto.
Meowth: Oh. (To RP, M.Jade, and Barny) Hand over your Pokemon now!
Barny: Pokemon? We don't have any...
Jessie: Don't try to make fools of us!
James: Yeah, what are those right there!
James pointed to the three at their belts. The three indeed were wearing Pokebelts with Pokemon on them.
RP: Isn't that something...we have...Pokemon.
M.Jade: Cool!
RP: Yeah we have Pokemon AND we've met the infamous Jessie, James, and Meowth of Team Rocket!!
James: Wow, we're stars, Jessie!
Meowth: How do we know it's not a trick!!
Jessie: Yeah!
Meowth: What sane person would worship us!!
Jessie and James punched Meowth in the head.
Jessie: Don't you EVER call us losers again!!!
James: Yeah, that's my job!!
Jessie took out a mallet and slammed James with it.
Jessie: The same goes for you, James! (turning to the trio) Now HOW do we know that you aren't really with those twerps and trying to trick us somehow!!
M.Jade/Barny/RP: Um...
Jessie: Who are you three!
Barny: Well, my name is B-
M.Jade pulled Barny and RP aside.
M.Jade: (To Barny/whispering) Maybe we shouldn't use our regular names. We aren't known here, you know.
Barny: Oh.
M.Jade: Just make up a name to go by while we're here. Our regular names are strange for the Pokeworld.
RP: Good idea.
Barny: (To Jessie) Well, my name is Victor.
M.Jade: My name is...(thinking for a brief second) Jade.
James: What about you!
RP: (Crossed arms) I don't know if I should tell.
All: What?
RP: You don't trust us.
Jessie: We're Team Rocket...we choose whom or whom we don't want to trust.
RP: Well, I'm a big fan of Team Rocket.
*********
Jessie, James, and Meowth huddled together to discuss the situation.
Jessie: What do you think?
James: Do you think her and her friends want to be recruited?
Meowth: Maybe...why else would they like us?
Jessie punched Meowth over the head.

Jade: RP...what are you doing?
Victor: Yeah!
RP: Don't worry, Jade, kid.
Victor: KID!!!
RP: I'm just buying some time until I can think of a name.
They both facefaulted.
RP: Weird...we're JUST like the characters and can facefault and sweatdrop and stuff. (Looking down at Jade and Victor) Um...does that hurt?
All of a sudden, Jessie and James and Meowth came back.
Jessie: There is only ONE way we can trust you. A Pokemon battle!
Victor: A...
Jade: ...Pokemon...
RP: ...battle?
Meowth: Yeah, and you choose who you want to battle. One of you.
RP: Okay, I will!! Um...how about the one named James?
James: Okay...it's a battle!
Victor: Wait...what's the catch!!
James: If we beat you ...we take all of your Pokemon!
Victor: And if we win?
Jessie: We trust you.
RP: Okay, I accept your challenge!
Jessie: 1 on 1 battle!
RP: Okay.
Jade: (Whispering to RP) I sure hope you know what you're doing.
RP: Sure I do...(Gulping) I hope so anyway.
James: Okay...Wheezing go!
RP: (Unhooking one of the Pokeballs from off of her belt) Please let this be good...Pokeball go!
Out of the Pokeball was an Arcanine.
RP/Victor/Jade: Cool!
James: Wheezing, smoke screen!
Wheezing covered the place with smoke.
RP: Um...Arcanine...um...(starts to think of stadium) Dig!!
Arcanine tunneled under ground.
James: Sludge attack, Wheezing!
Wheezing looked around the area, confused. He didn't see Arcanine dig underground and neither did James because of the smoke screen.
RP: Come on, Arcanine, get him!
Arcanine came up and hit Wheezing down to the ground.
RP: Fire Blast!!
Arcanine used a Fire Blast.
James: Wheezing!!! She fainted my Wheezing Jessie!!
Jessie: (Annoyed sigh) Pitiful James. Arbok, go!
Victor: HEY THAT'S NOT FAIR!!
RP: This is Team Rocket you know.
Jade: Yeah, Team Rocket doesn't play by the rules.
RP: Arcanine, return! Let's hope something cool comes out, Pokeball go!
Out of the Pokeball emerged a Starmie.
Victor: Cool, a Starmie!
RP: Come on Starmie, hit that Arbok with a Psychic attack!
Starmie used Psychic, but Arbok tunneled underground.
RP: Starmie, harden attack!
Victor: Starmie has harden?
Jade: I guess this one does.
Arbok hit Starmie...but it didn't knock it out.
RP: Starmie...Thunder!
Starmie used Thunder and fainted Arbok.
Victor/Jade/James/Meowth: A Starmie that knows Thunder?!?
Jessie: ARBOK!!
Jessie and James called back their Pokemon.
RP: Wow, I beat Team Rocket!! Since we win, we would like to travel along with you as observers of Team Rocket's ways.
Victor pulled RP aside.
Victor: Are you nuts...they're thieves!!
RP: Don't worry about it kid.
Victor: Huh?
RP: Don't you get it!
Jade: I think I do! If we travel with them...we'll have a chance of finding my sister and the others.
RP: Exactly.
Victor: Oh, good idea.
Jessie and James agreed to let them travel with them.
Jessie: Before we allow you to travel with us...tell us your name.
RP: Sure, the name is Wendy.
James: And how do you know so much about us!
The question caught the three off guard.
Jade: Um...we are studying to be recruits of Team Rocket!
Wendy: Good save.
Jessie/James/Meowth: Oh.
So, Jade, Victor and Wendy joined up with Team Rocket, in hopes of finding the others . . .
~ MEANWHILE ~
Loachu and Nukem looked at each other in shock as three people stepped out into the clearing. One boy had on a hat and a yellow animal at his side, the other boy was holding what looked like a sketching pad, and the girl was holding an egg.
Girl: Are you two lost? I know we are. *Glares at boy with the cap* We always get lost!
Boy with Cap (Boy 1): Hey, we're not lost! We're just taking a different route.
Girl: We are lost!
Boy 1: No, we're not.
As the two continued to argue, the boy holding the sketching pad (Boy 2) sweatdropped.
Boy 2: Sorry about that. The two of them are always like this! My name is Tracey.
Loachu: Oh, we know they always argue. We watch the . . .
Nukem: *quickly covers Loachu's mouth* Could you excuse us for a minute?
Tracey: Sure.
Nukem and Loachu walk over to the side, and Nukem removes his hand from Loachu's face.
Loachu: What was that for?
Nukem: I don't think you should tell them they're cartoons! We need to find everyone else, and we don't know our way around here. And if we scare them off, we'll never find Barny and the girls!
Loachu: You've got a point. We should probably make up names, too. Mine will be Ken.
Nukem: Good idea. *thinks for a moment* Mine will be Robby.
Ken and Robby walk back over to where Tracey is standing.
Tracey: Is everything ok?
Ken: Yeah, everything's fine! There's nothing strange or out of the ordinary.
Tracey: *sweatdrops* Ok, if you say so. What were you going to say?
Ken: Oh, I was just going to say I've seen those two on TV before.
Robby: *facefaults* I thought you said you wouldn't say anything!
Ken: I'm talking about the Pokemon League Competition. Didn't you watch it on TV?
The arguing duo stops fighting and looks in the direction of Robby, Ken, and Tracey.
Boy 1: Are you talking about the Pokemon League games?
Ken: Yeah. You're Ash Ketchum, right?
Ash: Yep! News sure travels fast. I must be world famous!
Girl: Dream on, Ash!
Ash: *sweatdrops* This is Misty, and you've already met Tracey. This is my Pikachu, and Misty's Togepi.
Misty: Nice to meet you! Are the two of you from around here?
Ken/Robby: Yes/No.
Ash: Well, which is it?
Ken/Robby: No/Yes.
Everyone falls down anime style.
Ken: Well, you see, we're from the Orange Islands.
Tracey: We are on the Orange Islands.
Robby: Yeah, we know that! Um, we're from different islands. I'm from Navel Island.
Ken: And I'm from Mandarin Island.
Misty: Well, we're on Mandarin Island now. *sweatdrops* Uh, you did know that, right?
Ken: Of course I did! This is my home island, ya know!
Misty: Well good, because you can show us around! I heard there's a carnival or something in the main city!
Ash: *whiny voice* But Misty! I'm here to get my Orange League Badges. It's not playtime!
Misty: *pulls out her mallet and bashes him on the head* You wasted all your training time for the Pokemon League. You can waste some time now! So come on!
The four boys let out a sigh as they watched Misty stomp off.
Ash: *sarcastic tone* Welcome to the group, guys.
Pikachu and Togepi ran ahead of everyone as they made their way towards the city. As Ash and Co were walking along, a familiar voice called out to them.
Gary: Well look, if it isn't Ashy boy!
Ash spun around and glared at his rival.
Ash: How many times do I have to tell you not to call me that, Gary? You're just so . . . so . . .
Misty: Arrogant?
Ash: Yeah!
Misty: Annoying?
Ash: What she said! Why can't you just ever be nice to me?
Gary: Well, Ash, if I didn't keep you motivated, you'd have dropped out of sight a long time ago! We all know why you're still training.
Ash: *balling his fists* Oh yeah, and why's that?
??: The same reason Gary is still training. You both keep each other motivated to outdo the other.
Panda steps out next to Gary.
Panda: Hi guys!
Ken/Robby: Got. . .
Panda: *interrupting* No, it's Panda, remember?
Ken: *stressing Nukem's "new name."* Oh yeah, that's right, Robby!
Robby: *also stressing Loachu's "new name."* Yeah, I understand now, Ken.
Gary: What's with those two?
Panda: *thinking fast* Oh, well, we just met a little while ago!
Ash: *tapping foot* So why are you here, Gary? You here to bug me again?
Gary: Don't flatter yourself ketchup breath! *Pikachu's ears perk up* I'm only here because I'm helping Panda find her friends.
Ash: KETCHUP BREATH!?!
Misty: And since when do YOU help anyone aside from yourself?
Gary: You stay out of this, Scrawny!
As the trio began to argue and Tracey tried to get them to settle down, Panda, Ken, and Robby went off to the side.
Panda: How did you two find each other?
Robby: I dunno . . . We both were just here.
Panda: Well, have you seen my sister, RP, or Barny?
Ken: Nope, we were looking for you guys, though.
Panda: Oh, well, I'm sure we'll find them, right? Where are we, anyway?
Robby: Mandarin Island.
Panda: Mandarin Island? As in the Orange League? This is too weird!
Robby: Yeah, I know. I think we should stick together until we can figure out a way to get home.
Both Panda and Ken nod their head as the trio looks back over to Ash, Gary, Misty, and Tracey.
Ash: Well, if it weren't for Team Rocket, I'd be way ahead of you, Gary!
Misty: Ash has a point! Team Rocket is always slowing us down! Ash is a much better trainer than you are, Gary!
Ash: . . .
Gary: *smugly* I thought Team Rocket only went after good Pokemon. The Team Rocket members that go after you must really be losers!
Ash: Now wait one second! My Pokemon are just as good as yours, and probably even better!
Tracey: *stepping in between the two* Well, we're not going to get anything done just standing here arguing!
Panda: I have an idea. *all eyes turn to her direction* How about we all just go together? That way, we could all be happy! From what you said, Ash, Team Rocket is always bothering you, so this will prove to Gary what you're talking about.
Gary: Good idea, Panda. I think I will stick around. Ash might even learn a thing or two!
Ash: *grumbling* Yeah, maybe I'll pick up a few tips on how to be a jerk.
Misty: That's a good one, Ash. *starts giggling*
Gary: What's so funny, Scrawny?
Misty pulls out one of her mallets and hits Gary . . . Hard!
Misty: There are two things you should know if you're going to travel with us. One, never make me angry, and Two, never call me Scrawny! *hits Gary again*
Panda: Hey! You really shouldn't hit people with that thing! I'm sure it really hurts!
Misty: If you don't make me angry, you won't get the same treatment!
Panda: OH YEAH?
Misty: YEAH!
Both girls pull out a mallet and begin swinging wildly. As they begin hitting everything except each other, everyone else ducks for cover.
Tracey: *peaking out from behind a tree* Is it safe, yet?
Both girls are slumped over their mallets, breathing hard.
Panda: Yeah *pant* I think it is.
Misty: I have to agree. *pant* You know, I think we'll be good friends, Panda.
Panda: Yeah, me too!
The girls link arms and begin to walk off. The five boys facefault, and blink rapidly, not believing what they just saw or heard.
Gary: That was . . . Weird.
Ash: You can say that again.
Ash, Gary, Ken, Robby, Tracey, and Pikachu follow the girls as they head off towards the city.

Jade, Victor, and Wendy walked along, slightly behind Jessie and James. Their mode of transportation was farther away than they had thought, which called for a short hike. They had all stopped for a rest, though and Jessie and James along with Meowth went to check out some "official Team Rocket" business that they wouldn't understand...or so they said. That left Jade, Wendy, and Victor some time to converse.
Victor: I think it's cool that we have Pokemon now.
Jade: Yeah! That was a cool battle too. I'm surprised that you won...Playing the game yeah, but actually battling would probably be a bit more difficult.
Wendy: Yeah, I know what you mean. I didn't think I was going to win myself. I wonder how my Starmie had Thunder and Harden.
Victor: Maybe with our Pokemon we go by what they have in the games.
Wendy: Maybe. I just thought of Pokemon Stadium for attacks. Maybe ALL of our Pokemon are like that. They have moves that no one would ever imagine.
Jade: Yeah that would be cool! Hmm, I wonder what kind of Pokemon I have and what other ones you have.
Wendy: Well, let's see! I already know that I have a Starmie and an Arcanine.
Victor, Wendy, and Jade all took the Pokeballs from off of their belts. Victor tossed out his first.
Victor: Let's see, I have a Meowth, a Raichu, a Zubat, a Golduck, a Marril, and a...
Jade/Wendy: Cool, a Lapras!!
Victor: I bet this Meowth doesn't talk.
Wendy tossed hers out next.
Wendy: Lucky, you have a Lapras!! Let's see...I have a Sandslash, a Vaporeon, a Pikachu, and a Marril too, along with my Starmie and Arcanine. (To her new Pokemon) Hi guys, I guess I'm your trainer. ^_^
Jade: My turn, here goes.
Jade tossed out hers.
Jade: I have a Raichu, a Beedrill, a Charmeleon, an Ivysaur, a Tauros, and a Kadabra. Cool! (To her Pokemon) Hi there. I'm Jade and I'm your trainer while I'm here.
All of the Pokemon smiled at the three and saw them as their friends.
Wendy: These aren't too bad.
Jade: How about we battle to see what kind of moves they have.
Wendy: That's a good idea.
Victor: Ok.
They were about to, until Jade heard something.
Jade: Hey, Team Rocket's coming back.
Victor: Ok.
The three returned their Pokemon to their Pokeballs.
James: Come on, we have to go now.
Victor: Ok.
The three obeyed and followed James. They stopped in front of a balloon with a Meowth shaped head.
Wendy: Why am I not surprised that they're using a balloon?
Jade: They did say earlier that they were headed to Mandarin Island for some reason.
Victor: I think it would be better if we went by sea. Let's just leave them and ride on our Pokemon. I'm sure my Lapras knows surf and that your Vaporeon does as well. And since Lapras is such a big Pokemon, Jade can ride with me, (starting to flex again) the real man of this group.
Jade frowned at the idea.
Wendy: It's not like we know where we're going, kid. We should stick with them. Besides, we'll be better off looking for everyone by air than by sea. If we're up in the air, we'll see everything and possibly everyone.
Jade: Yeah, I'm with Wendy on that one.
Victor: But, but what if the balloon pops and we "blast off again!"
Wendy: With us along, it probably won't happen.
Victor: What makes you so sure?
Wendy: I don't know...I'm just sure.
Victor face-faulted.
Jessie: All aboard! (Noticing Victor) What's with him?
Jade: Good question.
Wendy: I think the Kid is just tired.
James: Um...why do you call him "Kid," instead of Victor?
Jade: That's just...um...our name for him.
Victor: Ok.
James: Oh.
They all hopped into the balloon. James pulled the string and they all began to go upwards into the sky...
************
Meanwhile, Ash, Gary, Misty, Tracey, Panda, Robby, and Ken were continuing to make their way down the path, in search of Mandar City, capital of Mandarin Island. The group appeared to be lost once again. Misty sighed heavily and picked up her Togepi.
Misty: Ken, are you sure you know where you're going?
Ken: For the last time Misty, I know where I am.
Robby: Don't worry, Misty. I'm pretty sure we're real close.
Misty: But how do you know that Robby?
Robby: (Puts an arm around Misty's shoulder and points straight ahead of them) Because I can see the buildings of Mandar City from here.
Ash, who was walking behind Misty and Robby, gritted his teeth. He pushed himself in between the two, and grabbed Misty's hand.
Ash: Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's go!
As Ash began running, dragging Misty behind him, Gary smiled.
Gary: Looks like Ashy Boy is jealous of you, Robby.
Tracey: Hmm...You've got a point! (Yelling) Wait for me, guys! (Runs off after the duo)
Robby: I've never seen Ash act this way before. He's usually too stubborn to show he likes Misty. I, on the other hand, would be glad to show my feelings towards her.
Gary: (raising an eyebrow) Didn't you say you just met them? (suspicious tone) You sound like you've known them for a long time.
Robby: I...er...um...
Panda: What he's trying to say is that five minutes around those two seems like a lifetime! (Grabs Gary's hand) C'mon Gary! We'd better catch up with them!
Robby and Ken watched as they ran after the trio.
Ken: She made a good save.
The two boys then followed their five friends. Five minutes later, the group stood in the outskirts of the bustling town.
Misty: Where do you think the carnival is? I'm really looking forward to having some fun!
Ash: Ken, do you know where the carnival is?
Ash finally released Misty's hand, and she turned a bright shade of red. Ken glanced around, and saw a poster on the side of a building.
Ken: Of course I know where it is! All we have to do is follow this road, down to the beach. And voila! We'll be at the carnival.
Misty: (With hearts in her eyes) It's down by the beach? That's so romantic! (turns to Ash) Don't you think so, Ash?
Ash: Well...uh...I think that...
Robby: (Interrupting) Of course it is, Misty. Moonlit walks on the beach are great, too.
Misty: Wow, I didn't know that you were such a romantic person, Robby. (To herself) Unlike Ash...
Ash: (Very loudly) Well, let's go! I'm going to ride everything, eat popcorn and cotton candy, and go through the House of Mirrors...
As Ash continued to talk about what he was going to do, the others followed him.

Back with Team Rocket, everyone was flying in the balloon, high in the air.
Victor: Um...Miss Jessie, why are we going to Mandarin Island?
Jessie: Official Team Rocket business.
Victor: Ok. (Silent for a while) Miss Jessie?
Jessie: Yes?
Victor: How come this balloon looks like a Meowth?
Jessie: Because our assistant is really fond of Meowth!
Victor: Ok. Um, Miss Jessie?
Jessie: (Getting annoyed) WHAT!!!!
While Victor was questioning Jessie, Jade and Wendy were conversing.
Jade: I'm starting to get worried...we haven't seen anyone and we've been up here for almost an hour.
Wendy: Yeah, I know. I'm also wondering how we ended up with Team Rocket of all people...not that I hate them or anything. They're my favorite characters of the entire show, especially James.
Jade: That's it!!
Wendy: Huh, what?
Jade: You just said it! Team Rocket are your favorite characters. Maybe we all ended up with the people we like the most! I like Team Rocket too and I'm fond of James as well!
Wendy: Good theory! Do you think that the others ended up with characters they like too?
Jade: Probably. I know that Nukem and Loachu always liked Ash and the others...
Wendy: ...and you said that your sister was always fond of Gary Oak, but what are the chances of us meeting up with him! He's rarely shown.
Jade: Yeah...I know.
Wendy: Well...at least we'll probably find the others if your theory is right. Team Rocket ALWAYS runs into Ash.
Jade: I want to know why we're here. This is scientifically impossible!
Wendy: I know.
Suddenly, the two girls heard an annoyed scream. They turned to see Jessie turning red and breathing out fire, like she did in The Battling Eevee Brothers, holding a large mallet, and James holding her back as well as Meowth.
Jessie: WHY DO YOU ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!! YOU'RE WORSE THAN THE BRAT!!!
Victor: (Quiet/innocent tone) I'm just curious.
Meowth: Calm down Jessie, we're almost to Mandarin Island.
James: Yeah, we'll be right over it pretty soon! I can't hold you back and control the balloon at the same time!!
Jade and Wendy sweatdropped.
Jade/Wendy: (to Victor) Come on kid, let's go.
They pulled him over to where they were standing.
Jade: Don't you know not to annoy Jessie of ALL people!!
Wendy: Yeah that's a no-no!
Victor and Jade gave Wendy a look.
Jade/Victor: "A no-no?"
Wendy: Well...it's true. (Laughed nervously)
Jade: I'm surprised she took out her mallet on a kid.
Wendy: Yeah, me too. Well, at least we're about to get out of the air and that way Jessie'll be able to cool off.

~ Back at the Carnival ~
Ash: MISTY! ROBBY! Where could they have gone off to?
Tracey: I'm sure they're fine. They're probably off at one of the game booths or something.
Ken: Yeah, they weren't hungry when we all ate.
Gary: Don't worry so much, Ashy Boy! I'm sure your girlfriend is fine! (Laughs)
Ash: GIRLFRIEND?? Hey, you've totally got the wrong idea! Misty is just my friend!
??: Sure, Ash. She's "just a friend."
The group turns towards the new voice and sees none other than Brock and Professor Ivy!
Brock: Hey Ash!
Ash: Hey Brock, what are you doing here?
Brock: Professor Ivy and I are here taking a break. We decided to come here because a carnival sounded like it would be fun.
Prof. Ivy: Yes, and it was a well-deserved break, too.
Ash: Oh, hello Professor Ivy! How are things going at your Pokemon Observatory?
Prof. Ivy: Just great! Brock has been a great help! I don't know what I would do without him. And please, just call me Ivy.
Brock: So, who are your friends, Ash?
Ash: Oh, well, you've met Gary. (Points to Gary) Misty and I met Tracey, here, right after we left you at Prof...I mean Ivy's. Everyone else, we met today. This is Ken and Panda. Robby is off somewhere with Misty. Everyone, this is Brock, and Ivy.
Gary: Ash forgot to mention that Panda is also looking for her sister and her sister's two friends.
Brock: (Whispering to Ash) When did HE join you?
Ash: Earlier today. Panda actually met him first.
Brock: (Out loud) Well, it was nice meeting you all! We'd better get going. It was nice seeing you again, Ash. Tell Misty I said hi.
Prof. Ivy: (Pulling Brock away) Yes, it was nice meeting you all. Ash, don't stop training until you become a Pokemon Master. I know you can do it!
Ash: Thanks Professor! Take care, Brock! (Waves as they disappear into the crowd)
Ken: I can't believe it! That was Brock!
Panda: My sister's going to be mad that she wasn't here to meet him.
Ash: (Giving them both a weird look) Yeah, well Brock is a gym leader. It's not surprising you know who he is.
Ken/Panda: Oh, right!
Meanwhile, Misty and Robby were riding on the Ferris Wheel. Since they weren't hungry when the others sat down to eat, they decided to go off on their own and check back later.
Misty: (Peering down from their bucket) Wow! Robby, look how high up we! It's kinda scary, actually, but fun at the same time!
Robby: (Kisses Misty on the cheek) Well, the best part is being up here with you.
Misty: (Blushes and looks at Robby) Robby...
Robby: I'm sorry. I hope I didn't cross over any line. I just think you're a really cool girl.
Misty: Thanks. I think you're nice, too. (Pauses) And it's ok. It's just...
Robby: It's Ash, isn't it? (Smiles at the look of shock on her face) I can tell you guys like each other.
Misty: It's nothing like that! I...just don't know you too well.
As their bucket came to a stop at the bottom of the ride, Misty and Robby stepped off. Misty picked up the stuffed Pokemon doll that Robby won her at the ring toss, and the two began to make their way back to where they left the others. Minutes later, they joined everyone else.
Misty: Hey guys.
Panda: Hi Misty, Robby! Misty, where did you get that cute doll?
Misty: Oh, Robby won it for me! Isn't it so cute? Golduck is one of my absolute favorite Pokemon!
Ash: You missed Brock, Misty. He was here a little while ago.
Misty: Really? That's too bad! It would have been good to see him again.
Ash: Yeah, well if you hadn't been running around...
Tracey: (Interrupting) Uh, what should we do now?
Ash: Well, we should probably leave soon, and get back to what we're supposed to be doing. (Looks at Misty pointedly)
??: It would be rude ta leave without givin' us your Pokemon, first!
??: To Protect the world from devastation...
??: To unite all peoples within our nation...
??: To denounce the evils of truth and love...
??: To extend our reach to the stars above...
??: Jesse!
??: James!
Jesse: Team Rocket, Blast off at the speed of light!
James: Surrender now, or prepare to fight!
The duo floated down from their balloon, holding onto a rope. As their feet touch the ground, both strike a pose, and Meowth jumps down between them.
Meowth: Meowth that's right!
Ken/Panda/Robby: Team Rocket!
Jesse and James look at the trio.
James: Well Jesse, looks like the three up there aren't the only ones impressed by our very presence.
Jesse: Looks like you're right, James. (Strikes a dramatic pose) Team Rocket is finally getting the appreciation we deserve!
Ash: (Stepping forwards, with Pikachu right by his side) What do you guys want now, not that we don't already know!
Gary: So, this is Team Rocket? (Waves his hand nonchalantly) These are the same two goons you battled for your Earth Badge, Ash!* They don't look too tough to me.
* Reference to the Pokemon episode "Battle for the Badge"
James: (Holding Jesse back) Oh yeah? Then maybe you can explain why we've got three new recruits!
Ash: Three...
Misty: New...
Tracey: Recruits?
Meowth: Meowth that's right! Meet Jade, Wendy, and Victor.
Meowth pushes a button on the remote he's holding, and the bottom of the Team Rocket balloon opened up. Three ropes fell down, and three figures slid down the ropes.
Jade/Wendy/Victor: Hi!
Wendy: (Noticing their three friends) Looks like your theory was right, Jade.
Jade: I guess so, Wendy. Wherever Team Rocket goes, they're sure to find Ash, and the others are here too! Even Gary Oak is here.
Victor: Cool!
James: Hey! You're supposed to like us, not the brat!
Jade/Wendy: (With stars in their eyes) Of course James! We love Team Rocket.
Victor: Yeah, and you love James, too!
Jade and Wendy glare at him, and advanced towards him. In a matter of mere seconds, they had the offensive boy gagged and tied. Everyone sweatdropped as they witnessed this.
Panda: It's good to see you again, Jade.
Jade: You too...(Pauses to read her sister's lips)...Panda!
Panda: You remember Robby and Ken, right?
Wendy: Robby and Ken, eh? That's cool! How did you all get here?
Panda: Well, I met Gary first, and then we ran into them. They were with Ash, Tracey, and Misty. Then, we came here. (A semi-evil smile crosses her face) Oh, and we just met Brock. You just missed him, sis.
Jade: (Facefaults) WHAT?? YOU GUYS RAN INTO BROCK AND I WASN'T HERE??? (She begins to look for him everywhere: behind game booth counters, in the lines, and even under various objects. After being unable to find him, she screams dramatically) IT'S NOT FAIR!!!
Everyone else: (Sweatdrops)
Meowth: Jade?
Jade: Yes, Meowth?
Meowth: COULD YOU SHUT YOUR YAP? YOU'RE EMBARRASSIN' US ALL!!! (Jade shrinks back in fear, and shuts up) Thank you.
Jesse: Now, for the Brat. (turns to Ash) Hand over your Pikachu.
Ash: Never! Pikachu, use your thundershock!
As Pikachu was about to do as Ash said, Jade throws out a pokeball.
Jade: Kadabra, go! Use teleport now!
As Pikachu's thundershock was about to hit the group, Kadabra teleported them behind Ash. They spun around to face Team Rocket.
Panda/Ken/Robby: You have Pokemon??
Jade: Yes, and I'm sure you do, too.
James: Wow, you saved us from Pikachu's shock!
Jade: (Pats Kadabra on the back, and returns it to the pokeball) Not really, James. I just didn't want to get shocked! (Team Rocket falls down anime style, and Jade turns to Ash) Ash, do you think we could get along, just for a little while? We really need to figure out how to get home.
Ash: Well, we could, if they do! (points to Team Rocket)
Jade: Jesse, James, Meowth...Do you think you could forget about capturing Pikachu for a little while?
Wendy: Yeah, we ARE at a carnival, after all. Let's just have some fun!
Team Rocket huddles together in a group, and then faces everyone again.
James: You've got a deal!
Jesse: But only for the time being!
Meowth: Then it's back ta catchin' dat Pikachu!
Wendy: This is getting weirder and weirder.
Wendy then realized something...she was with two of her fave characters.
Wendy: HEY, THERE MAY BE NO BROCK, BUT THE WATCHER IS HERE!!
Jade: (Gritting her teeth) I don't believe I missed him.
Wendy: Well, if they're around here, maybe you'll get to see them.
Wendy then ran over to Tracey and shook his hand vigorously and also held James' hand.
Wendy: (Talking fast) Hi Tracey, pleased to meet you, I think you're really cool, and it's EXTRA cool that you AND James are standing right here and...
Everyone sweatdropped from her fast talking.
James/Tracey: Huh?
Wendy:...but you don't compare to James and do you mind if I call you Kenji?
Tracey: Kenji?
Wendy: Yeah, for some reason, I think the name suits you. Oh please, oh please say yes. (Innocent smile) ^_^
Tracey: Um...okay, let's get going. (To himself) This girl is nuts and I don't believe we're working with Team Rocket!
James: What was all THAT about?
Meowth: Hmm, they're nuts.
Ash: Come on Team Rocket and remember...no funny stuff.
TR: Okay, okay.
The newly formed group all shook hands, and then they set off to have some fun.

Back in the "real world," a lone figure was staring at a screen in front of him. He was wearing a long, white jacket, as if he were some sort of scientist. On the screen, he was watching the exchange between Ash, Team Rocket, and the newcomers.
Man: Excellent! My experiment worked! I have finally successfully merged the real world with that of an imaginary world! (Laughs maniacally)
A woman, who is also wearing a long, white jacket, steps into the room.
Woman: Doctor Malcolm?
Doc Malcolm: Yes, Sheila, what is it?
Sheila: Phase one of the experiment has appeared to be completed successfully.
Doc Malcolm: Yes, I know. (Gestures to the screen) I've been watching their progress here.
Sheila: Should we continue into phase two, then, Doctor?
Doc Malcolm: (Rubs hands together in anticipation) Yes! Now the real fun begins.

Adventures in the Pokemon World Part 4
Walking happily along in the carnival grounds Team Rocket Ash in co. join together with their new friends Panda Ken Robby Jade Victor and Wendy. Ash then stops as the whole group stops and falls anime style.
All:WHY'D YOU STOP?
Ash:wait a minute I am confused about something with Jade Victor and Wendy, actually all of the new kids.
Robby: .......uh what do you mean were all normal :sweats nervously:
Victor:I mean its not like were kids from another world who just fell in by accident and are talking to cartoon characters or anything OW
Jade/Wendy (punching and kicking Victor)what are you saying shut up NOW!
Victor(bruised beaten ad twitching in pain(:............okay.
Jade/Wendy:it was a joke
Panda:yeah one big joke that kid never knows when to shut up.
Jesse(frowning):I'll agree with you on that
Ken Panda Robby Wendy jade and Victor sigh in relief.
Misty(scratching her head): so what do we do first?
Tracey:well how about we go on a few rides on our own groups then all of us meet back here in an hour or so and figure how to get the others home.
Wendy clanged onto Tracey's arm with hearts in her eyes.
Wendy:As long as I'm with you Kenji I don't mind.
Tracey sweatdrops.
James:Well who's going with who?
Robby thought about it for a minute he really wanted to spend more time with Misty so he quickly looked around at everyone and planned out the groups carefully.
Robby:Okay how about this me Misty Gary Ash Tracey Ken and Panda go together and Jade Victor Meowth Jesse James and Wendy go as one.
Meowth walks up to Robby and frowns.
Meowth:isn't that same groups we had before we decided to be good guys?
Robby: oh yeah
everyone but Robby facefaults and goes into their groups.
Misty:oh Ash doesn't the tunnel of love look so cute ahh.........how romantic.
Ash(trying not to laugh):yeah right Misty I wanna goon the fastest rides there are.
Robby(pushing Ash out of the way and holding Misty's hands):I think its a wondeful idea Misty how about you go in it with me?
Misty grins takes Robby's arm and walks down to the ride.
Misty(making a face at Ash):I thinks its sweet your so MATURE.
Ash:Mature? why that Robby grrr.
Tracey:Ash calm down were here to have fun not fight come on let's go on the bumper cars.
Panda looks at the tilt-a-whirl and grins punches Gary's arm.
Gary:Hey wht was that for?
Panda:Bet you'll freak out the tilt-a-whirl.
Gary:No way I'm the best there is nothing scares me
Panda:Then.......
Gary:deal
Gary and Panda run towards the tilt-a-whirl Ken shrugs and follows them meanwhile.
James:so guys what should we do I mean its our only chance to have fun.
Victor:ROLLER COASTERS roller coaster I wanna go on a roller coaster
Jesse bashes his head in with her fists screaming with dragon fire breath.
Jesse:NO ROLLER COASTERS I HATE THEM.
Jade and Wendy Pull Victor away from Jesse quickly while James and Meowth try and calm down Jesse.
Jade:Nice going kid you know Jesse hates roller coasters she said it before*(island of the giant Pokemon).
Wendy:You go on any roller coasters you want I just wanna head somewhere to be with James I'm mad as it is Kenji isn't here.
Jade:well how about you and I go with James on something and the kid and get stuck with Jesse and Meowth?
Jade/Wendy:perfect
Victor:FOR THE LAST TIME I AM NOT NAMED KID and there is no way I'm getting stuck with Jesse.
In a few sounds of argument Wendy and Jade grinning take James off to another Ride Jesse and Meowth frown seeing Victor tied and gagged behind them.
Jesse/Meowth:Bummer.
The night went by Robby got more and more attracted to Misty Ash dragged Tracey each time following the rides watching Misty closely, Ken went along with Gary and Panda as each other went on every scary ride to see who would chicken out first. James was loving the attention given by Jade and Wendy as Victor kept his distance from Jesse with Meowth meanwhile on the edge of the hill Shelia stood watching.
Shelia(talking into a radio communicator) Dr. Malcolm things are going perfect the kids are having the time of their lives.
Dr.Malcom:Good Shelia very good make sure they don't leave the carnival remember we need these kids to complete the project, have you found any one of use to us?
Shelia(grinning evilly):oh yes indeed doctor I have found the perfect subject he'll be able to get us what we need he's the perfect pawn I'll wait for the right moment, then seize it.
Dr. Malcom turns off communicator and laughs maniacally looking at everyone.
Dr. Malcom: Two worlds for the price of one its my lucky day as for the kids looks like it will be their LAST DAYS HAHAHAHAHA
