Yes, forums at small (like this) have mostly switched to social media and the like but a lot haven't. You can still find a lot of small places that still work. It can be kind of weird. But this is also a porn site so it's more niche then normal. There are some sites like that with forums. Often times they do stuff like make games or offer games or stuff. And some chan-like sites still work like that. And despite it maybe not being a good idea, Boorus do have comments. Plus things never got back on track here after Tamers anyway. Then things stopped after Frontier. So that's why. Kind of sad but things happen.

Now what's wrong with places like Tumblr? A lot but you'll notice that a lot of their business went down after they banned porn. But this is all people who hate women who hate porn. Because look at Only Fans. You know how much money they make? Just by flashing bobs or vagine. It's a very easy model and can be what they call "Body Positive." There's a person for every type. Which is what these fake activist/feminist types say they like but only on their terms. Of course some of these from Tumblr are "fujoshi". Or "Rotten Women". Not sure how that works but I don't speak Japanese. Now normal Fujos as I say are just women who like yaoi. The type I mean are Fujo that hate how some women characters look but had secret tumblrs full of the most graphic gay sex.

Now I don't care what gets you off. Just do it in private/where no one who doesn't want to see it can see it. But put some damn filters on your boorus so I don't have to see your gaysex H or the Shite pics or your F-ing Gorn! How does anyone get off to that! And you cuckolds are all gay for black guys! I know that feeling all too well, though I would extend it to the early to mid 2000s. 2007 was when it first started going downhill, but back then the decline was pretty mild. 2012 was the beginning of the rapid decline.

Small "dead" forums like this are the only communities that truly maintain the spirit of the 2000s internet. There are a few fairly active places that were around during that era, but they're all filled with the same types of people I can't stand. So the only places that truly have that spirit are the ones that were made in the early 2000s, attract no new users, and only consist of old timers who are in their 30s or older.  They might only get like a couple dozen posts a year, but I'll always feel more at home on these types of places compared to shitholes like reddit or twitter.

Just reread this thread and realized I forgot to reply to this part since I do have quite a bit to say about this. 

I'm thoroughly convinced that part of the appeal to the types of fetishes you mention is subjecting other people to it that do not want to see it. Maybe not so much for the yaoi but it's the case for a lot of people into scat/gore and is particularly true for the "blacked" stuff you're referencing. A lot of the people who post that stuff probably don't even get off to it, they just want to invoke a reaction out of others.

And for the porn centered around black men cuckolding white guys, there seems to be a handful of people who are particularly relentless when it comes to repeatedly posting such content. You see it all over 4chan and other chan sites. Someone I've known online for many years is a moderator of a small chan site and there was one user who repeatedly spammed those types of images. First they gave him temporary bans, then permanently banned him and he kept changing his IP address so they had to ban an entire IP range. Then he started using proxies and it became a constant game of the mod and the owner taking measures to keep him off the website and him finding ways to circumvent those measures.  This went on for 2 years. To think that someone actually took time out of their day, everyday, for multiple years of their life, just to post porn of well endowed black men cuckolding white guys on an obscure chan site with a small number of users. Though I'm sure that wasn't the only site he did this on.
