Detective Pokemon and this new Pokemon cartoon

In the Detective Pokemon movie, something is very wrong:

They could catch Pokemon without fighting, just like Pokemon Go game where players can catch Pokemon without fighting!

In this latest Pokemon cartoon, they also could catch Pokemon without making the Pokemon fainted or wounded. Whenever they saw a Pokemon, they just threw the ball and caught it in one try!

So, this mean the new rule now is:

Don't need to fight the Pokemon, just throw the ball and you will 100% catch it?

They're doing a Pokemon Go thing. Where you don't battle it to catch it. The character is named Go.
