Hitman 47 was OK, don't know why got 9%.
Some complained the plots sucks. No offense, most of the action movies got bad plots, are you going to complain each of them?
Some said the bullets could not hit the good guys but the good guys could kill the bad guys with one bullet. No offense, did you watch The Expendables, Mission Impossible, 007 and Rambo and etc?
To me, Hitman got the actions (although sometimes too far-fetched), I didn't care about the story. It also failed in character development. But I would give it 40%.
