I don't know exactly what's going on with him but some of his posts have been identical to others, and he's been asking about digital certificates while having a link in his sig to a product which provides them. I haven't outright banned him because there seems to me more to it than that, or at the very least I'm curious what he'll do.

Meanwhile PsycheDox disappeared a while ago.
