When I first got here in Fall of 2001, this place was busier with activity than the NYSE. Now it's deader than a Romero movie. I am still committed to seeing this community thrive but I can't get in touch with anyone. Point blank-who still has admin access here? I have a new laptop now and I used to update my profile through brinkster. Since no one seems to be willing to update anymore I'd be willing to do it provided someone give me complete 411. LP? Updating the main site when there's nearly no new content being generated or/posted is superfluous.

For organization's sake I am pretty sure that, perhaps, archiving the lemons that are already there would be a good idea.

Don't think anybody writes as much digimon smut though.

I was updating the main site for a while until my FTP program busted. I have a new one now but haven't been in contact with anyone for a while about adding new content. :/

That and even i haven't seen much new digimon pron lately either in other areas... I wonder why though.

Well, my major hope was that if news spread the DaD was updating on a regular basis, it would attract more people and bring this place back to life. Palcomix's Digi-Hentai paysite posts new smut weekly and other free boards like e621 also show the desire for hentai is still present. Hell, I even found a Guilmon porn comic in Spanish where he's raped by a dojo instructor which was just recently finished. I just tried LP on his hotmail e-mail instead of his yahoo.mx. Hopefully he'll get back to me soon.

The problem is plain and simple: Digimon is past it's popularity prime. Unless Fusion manages to light a new fire under its ass, the fandom's not going to be anywhere near the percentage of activity it was prior to Tamers' release. Anyone remember when we DOMINATED fanfiction.net, AND the yahoo mailing lists? God, those were glorious days...

I think what we REALLY need for a step in the right direction is to maybe give the site a makeover. We still have a banner for a petition to get season 1 released on DVD at the entrance page, plus an announcement update from 2011 for god's sake. And perhaps we should actually scout for some new talent/material. That's just an idea, but it could help for us to be proactive and spreading the word about the website's existence a little bit.

Also: Hi! How's everyone been? I'm good. Netflix is the goddamn greatest thing ever. You guys realize it's got the first two seasons of Digimon IN SUBS in its watchlists?

Damn right. It has been ages since this site was redone. Yet the problem remains that we'd need someone with web design exp. Not to mention LP or anyone else I know who is still active and has total admin access, haven't answered any of my e-mails or posts. I'm beginning to wonder if they've thrown in the towel, so to speak. I still consider Digimon to be my all-time favorite t.v. series, live-action or animated and also continue to love writing about it. I have a strong fanbase on aff.org which shows me there's still some people out there who believe in the cause.
