Just because there's a higher chance of seeing something or having sex with something doesn't mean it can't be a fetish! XD Not ALL people are super sexually attracted to bikinis, though a lot of people find it attractive! Having a bikini fetish is more convenient than having, say, a bestiality fetish, cuz you can see bikinis live on any beach or pool.
