1. S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl. Very atmospherical and manipulating
2. Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun. Atmospherical, very good war music and mysterious.
3. Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST. Beautifully composed by Marty 'awesomesauce' O'Donnel
4. Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2. VERY hard music!
5. "": Covert Operations. Poorer quality sound but many great catchy songs
6. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Good quality music, very atmospheric but seems to stick to the game. Never got the urge to download some of the songs.
7. Fallout 3. Good songs, quite amusing but never really downloaded.
8. Disciples: Sacred Lands. A nice turn-based game, with poor quality but catchy songs. Never downloaded.
9. Supreme Commander and Forged Alliance Expansion. Good songs, downloaded one but like COD4 kinda stuck to the game.
10. Age of Empires 3. Good music, didn't download.

The ONLY one I remember off the bat:
Moon Over The Castle - Gran Turismo 4 theme
It has got to be the BEST game soundtrack I have ever heard. So good that I remember it to this day.
The last mutt standing.
The one and only, Cowboy from Hell.
******
Bury me with my guns on,
So when I reach the other side,
I can show him what it feels like to die.
Bury me with my guns on,
So when I'm cast out of the skies,
I can shoot the Devil right between the eyes.

Street Fighter 2 Turbo (SNES). Short & sweet, absolute classics.
Top Gear (SNES). Gets super annoying after a while, but awesome compositions anyway.

Oh, this is tough, but I'll try to reduce my list to ten. In no particular order, my favorite soundtracks are...
Journey to Silius (NES)
Mega Man 2 (NES)
Mega Man 3 (NES)
Chrono Trigger (SNES)
EarthBound (SNES)
Final Fantasy IV (SNES) (Side Note: Fight 2 / Miniboss Theme is probably my favorite VG tune of all time.)
Final Fantasy VI (SNES)
Super Mario RPG (SNES)
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PS1)
Okami (PS2)
To be honest, there are at least a bunch more I could recommend, but I'll stick by these for now.
