Virus Detected.

It was another peaceful day in Death Valley… The world has been peaceful since the destruction of Mecha Rogue X… As an Imperialdramon Paladin Mode walked down the valley. Nothing much seemed to happen…

The Imperialdramon sighs “Damn… Another completely peaceful day… Why must I go on those patrol missions again?” he sat down on a nearby rock “Looks like nothing is happening in here. I guess I will just go back…” as he teleported back to the Main Server.

In the commander room…

“Ophanimon!” The Imperialdramon shouted “Patrol is complete!”

“Good work Sacchi. Anything to report?” She asked

“No… Just like always… Why do I must go on those patrols again?”He asked

“ Because we need to... ” She said before being interrupted…

“ Be sure the digital world is safe...” He interrupted her “I know... You already told me that I want to know WHY I have to do that… Why not send the rookies for death valley and me for machine pit?”

“Because Sacchi… Machine Pit is already being patrolled by team 8. Dry land and Venom jungle are being patrolled by Teams 11 and 12 respectively. As we can’t lose anymore elves than that. We have to send YOU to Death Valley” She turns around “But… There actually is a special mission on reserve…”

“Special mission?” He asked. Curious… “What kind of special mission? Anything is better then those lame patrols…”

“We’ve sent another team to patrol a new server we found… You should probably know him… Team Omega… At any rate he went to the server and never came back… We’re REALLY worried…And your mission if you choose to acc-“She tried to make a cliché but was interrupted by Sacchi.

“Cut the jokes Ophanimon! Give me the information about the mission already!”

“Are you THAT fired up for a new mission?” She said surprised

“He is a fellow DSG… I cannot let him die… Now hurry up!”

“Okay… Anyway… Your job is to find him and bring him back. That server had a virus in it so you better be careful…”

“I will do it!” He answered without even thinking “Any other ‘notes’?”

“Well… The virus prevents you from using data transformation… You will need to go human… And because of that we will give you a Digimon partner…”

“Cool… What are my options?”

Ophanimon sighs “None I’m afraid… It’s either go with a BlackGuilmon… Or solo…”

“I will take him.” He answered without further thought.

“Okay…” She Sighed “I will ask the digilab to get him and your special digivice ready”

“Alright. Off to the digilab then…” He said before walking towards the portal and leaving for the digilab

“I just hope you come back okay…” Ophanimon says worried…

Meanwhile…

As the night feel through the digital world the digidestined were walking through the forest.

“So… What do we do now?” Asked Tai

“I don’t know Tai. I only know we are stuck here.” Answered Izzy

“We’d better rest then.” Said Matt.

Mimy sat down below a tree “I can go through with that plan…” She yawns...

The digidestined sat down ready to get a much-deserved sleep, when suddenly they heard a sound coming from the forest.

Tai quickly got up “Who’s there!?” he shouted. As all the Digimon got up and prepared for a fight.

From the forest. A 16 year old boy came from. Apparently with a Black hair. White shirt and black jeans. With his partner Digimon… A BlackGuilmon. The Digimon instantly prepared for a fight. The boy looked calm though…

“Who are you?” Tai asked.

“We have nothing to do with you guys! Let us pass!” answered the BlackGuilmon.

“Don’t mind him…” Quickly answered the boy “My name is Sacchi and I’m here in a mission for the Digital Security Guards...”

“The Digital Security Guards? But aren’t you all Digimon?” asked Gatomon…

“Everybody asks that… But no… We’re humans. We only need to stay in Digimon form while in-duty…” Answered Sacchi.

“Then how come you’re human now!?” Said Tai

“Calm down… There’s some sort of virus in here… It’s preventing me to go Digimon… So I have to go human in this one…”

“The DSG?” Said Agumon “If that’s the case then there’s nothing to worry about.”

“What are you saying Agumon? We can’t trust him that easily!” Said Tai.

“Tai. The DSG are the ultimate protectors of the digital world. We wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for them.” Patamon said.

“Then how come they weren’t here while all of that was happening? How come WE were the ones to save the Digital World!?” said Tai. Not wanting to trust Sacchi.

“We were protecting the Digital World… The Mecha Rogues attacked the core. And tried to obtain ‘The Prophecy’ we barely stopped them…” Sacchi answered.

“The prophecy?” Asked Izzy.

“The very thing that created the Digital World. And the very thing that controls all in it… That’s what we call The Prophecy. If the Mecha Rogues took control of it… You guys would be in a living hell…” Said Sacchi…

BlackGuilmon was still in battle position. Ready to attack at the very first movement.

“BlackGuilmon relax. They pose no threat to us…” Said Sacchi… “Anyways… You guys seen…” Sacchi takes a photo out of his pocket. The picture was of a 24 year-old guy. Wearing a blue cap and blue clothes… “This guy? My mission is to find him… I was informed that this guy’s Digimon is a BlackGabumon.”

“He doesn’t seen familiar to me…” Said Sora “What about you guys?”

The digidestined all agreed with her. They never saw him before.

“But…” Said Gabumon “I think I’ve seen a BlackGabumon not too long ago…”

“Really? Where?” Said Sacchi.

“It was on a river… That way” He pointed towards the forest.

“Alright… We will go there tomorrow… But for now… Mind if we stay with you guys?” Sacchi Asked

“Sacchi!” Shouted BlackGuilmon “What about our mission!?”

“That can wait a little… Besides it’s dark. And knowing him we should have no problem finding a trail…” He answered.

“There’s no way you’re going to stay with us!” Said Tai

“Oh C’mon Tai. I think it’s safe to say everything is going to be fine! Especially after our digimons saying so!” Said Joe.

“He showed us no proof he is from this… DS… WHATEVER team!” Said Tai.

Sacchi simply got a card saying “Official Digital Security Guards Member”. “Happy now?” He said.

“Fine you can stay! But you’re getting outta here in the morning!”

“As you wish…” Sacchi said with an annoyed tone…

Slowly… All of the digidestined and their digimon went to sleep… So did Sacchi and BlackGuilmon. However, those two were not aware that there was someone watching their every move.

Meanwhile…

“How is the kid?”

“He fell right into the trap…”

“And the girl?”

“Ready…”

“Then let us begin operation deletion…”

Virus Infection

Sacchi wakes up first. Yawns and looks at the peaceful morning sky.

“Man… What a peaceful day this is… It’s hard to believe there’s a virus in here…” He said.

Sacchi stood up and looked around. Calmly walked to BlackGuilmon and tried to wake him up.

“Hey BlackGuilmon… Wake Up…” He said shaking BlackGuilmon. But to no avail…

“Only five more minutes…” BlackGuilmon Answered.

“C’mon BlackGuilmon… I won’t have to scream to wake you up right?” Sacchi shook BlackGuilmon faster trying to wake him up.

“Sacchi…Let me sleep…” Answered him

“Okay then… I can’t scream so…” Sacchi put his left hand close to BlackGuilmon’s mouth and the other one close to his tail “Three… Two… One…” He pulled BlackGuilmon’s tail with all of his strength with his right hand. BlackGuilmon tried to scream in pain but Sacchi muffled his scream with his left hand. “There… Will you wake up now?” Sacchi said. Before letting go of BlackGuilmon’s Tail

“You didn’t have to do that!” Said BlackGuilmon.

“You wouldn’t wake up and I couldn’t scream. What the hell did you think I was going to do?”

That moment Tai woke up and yawned, looked around and saw Sacchi and BlackGuilmon talking. And glared at Sacchi.

“Good morning. Did you sleep okay?” Sacchi said.

“Yeah” Tai answered. Before getting up

“Look. I know you don’t like me. I will be going after everybody is awake.” Said Sacchi

“And why is that?” Tai asked

“If I leave this soon and they see you awake. They’re going to think you were mean to me and shoo’ed me away. You don’t really want that right?” Sacchi said

“You have a point… Well. You can stay. But once everybody is awake you will be leaving… Got it?”

“Yup.” Said Sacchi. Geez, what a brat. He thought.

Soon after that. Everybody woke up and saw Sacchi and BlackGuilmon talking while Tai watched them. Izzy was the first to speak.

“Oh, Tai. And Sacchi and BlackGuilmon too. You’re all awake so early.” Izzy Said

“Yeah Tai. It’s rather rare to see you get up this early” Kari joked.

“Well everybody, we better get going.” Said Sacchi “Catch you all later!” He shouted while walking away from their camp and into the forest.




That moment. The whole sky went dark, and a giant castle appeared in the background.

“What the fuck is tha—“Sacchi said. But before he knew. He was floating and so were the digidestined and their partners. Sacchi quickly got back to normal. But he others didn’t.

“FUCK! The virus!” He shouted before getting his data transformation digivice and pressing some buttons. “Anti-Virus Power 1000% Engage!” Soon, all digidestined and digimon were back to normal. Unaffected by the virus. “Are you all okay?” Sacchi asked.

“What the hell happened?” Asked Sora.

“Look the sky!” Joe shouted. Pointing at the pitch-black sky.

“Looks like the time has come.” Sacchi said. “What happened just now was that a virus just spread around the digital world. Seeing as I was immune to it. It can only mean one thing…”

“And what would that be?” Izzy Asked.

“The Mecha Rogues are back…” Sacchi said. Glaring at the castle on the background.

At that moment. A faint sound could be heard coming from Sacchi. So faint it was impossible to know what it was. But it could be heard…

-Fall… Crimson… Instant… Desire… Way… Way… Escape… Fight…Heart…-

“What the hell is that sound?” Asked Matt.

On that moment though. A giant kuwagamon descended from the skies in front of them all.

Sacchi instantly jumped back and shouted “RUN AWAY!”

“We can take care of him!” Said Tai “Agumon!”

“Got It! Agumon digivolve to…” Nothing happened

“What? What’s happening!?” Sora shouted

“It’s impossible to digivolve with the X Virus around! Run a—“

The Kuwagamon mashed his giant claw on the ground sending them all flying.

“BlackGuilmon!” Sacchi shouted. And on the last second was able to grab BlackGuilmon’s claw.



… Meanwhile…

“Looks like the virus is working. And working well. Though it seems that our ‘main target’ still has his tricks huh?” A girl-ish voice said.

“Yep. It looks like it. Do you think you can take him on?”

“But of course. Doesn’t matter if he’s more powerful than me or not. He lacks the will to kill. And I don’t.” She giggled “Although… It is going to be a fun fight… With my… New tricks…” She laughs maniacally.

“Don’t get cocky, you know of his potential. And now go get ready.”

“Yes sir~” She said before walking away from the dark room.

Two hours later…

The digidestined had been separated from their digimons. Sacchi was probably the only one still with his digimon. But both were in bad shape.

“Argh… Goddammit… They just had to come back at an hour like this…” Sacchi said after getting up.

“Where are we?” Asked BlackGuilmon

“In the woods of course.” Sacchi just looks to all directions, and sees that they’re much closer to the castle than before. “It’s so close by… And yet so far away…” He sighs

“I don’t really think it’s time of attacking the castle…” BlackGuilmon said “We should camp and try to look for the others… Don’t you agree?”

“Yup… I figured as much… Though it might be hard to find them…” Sacchi sighs.

In that moment, a scream could be heard from nearby. “TAI!”

“I take that back…” Sacchi said, before walking to where the sound came from, BlackGuilmon following him.

After 2 minutes of walking, Sacchi and BlackGuilmon got to where the scream came from. And there was Sora and Tai kissing. After 2 seconds they suddenly stop…

“I’m… Sorry…” Said Sora

“No… I’m the one who should be sorry…” Said Tai

“Both of you should” Said Sacchi, realizing what had happened.

Sora Gasps “How long have you been there!?” She asks, surprised.

“Long enough.” He answered, walking towards them.

Tai got up and glared at Sacchi “How did you find us?”

“I heard Sora’s scream. It would be hard not to hear it anyway…” Sacchi said.

“How do you know my name? I don’t remember telling you…” Sora asked…

“Well, two things… First, I’m a DSG member, I high-class one at that, it’s only natural I know about these things… And second…” Sacchi grabs his data transformation digivice out of his pocket. “I scanned you guys while you were asleep; Got information like name, surname, nationality etc. Even some information I didn’t want to read. Nor did I care.” Sacchi said. And then… He thinks;

“What kind of information?” Tai asked

Predictable… Sacchi Thought “Well if you really want to know.” Sacchi grabs his data transformation digivice and puts a file of Tai’s in the screen. And show it to him…

Tai was read some of the information that Sacchi had on him. “Name, surname, nationality, hair color, eye color, digi-partner, weight, height…” Tai read one of the topics of the information and instantly blushed. “Now that’s invasion of privacy!” He shouted.

“That’s exactly why I didn’t want to read anything after name, surname and nationality. I would go on and on reading and read want I didn’t want to. Also this is automatic. No way for me to make it stop taking that kind of information.” Sacchi Answered. “Calm down though, I’m not going to tell anyone. Don’t worry…” Sacchi smirks.

“Anyway, Sacchi, we should find a place to camp right?” Asked BlackGuilmon.

“You’re slow… I’ve found one already…” Sacchi points to a nearby cave, spacious and good for sleeping throughout the night.

“When did you see that?” BlackGuilmon asked

“When we arrived of course, it’s crucial to find things like that instantly on my job.” Sacchi answers.

You just saw it didn’t you Sacchi? BlackGuilmon thought “Well now that’s cool. I hope I get to be as skilled as you one day!” Yeah right. Just because you killed Mecha Rogue X doesn’t mean you’re the best at everything…

“If you stick with me long enough you sure will.” Sacchi Answered. I can semi-read your thoughts you know?

“Hey, we’re going to need a fire here, would you boys go get it for us?” Sora asked.

“Me and BlackGuilmon will go, you two stay here.” Sacchi Said. “Come on BlackGuilmon.” I should probably leave them alone; I know exactly what will happen on the meantime…

“Let’s go then.” Answered BlackGuilmon walking towards the forest with Sacchi.



…Ten minutes later…

Tai and Sora where sitting close to the cave, and close to each other. In a complete silence since the two of them left.

Sora was the first one to talk. “So hum… What was that information you blushed so heavily anyway?” She asked.

Tai blushes heavily “I… Prefer not to talk about it…” he answers

“Got it.” BlackGuilmon said, before leaving the wood he had with Sacchi and running back.

“I feel that I’m making a major mistake by letting him go like that… Well… One more to the list I guess…” Sacchi got his data transformation digivice and accessed a file called “The Digidestined”. He accessed Tai’s and Sora’s data and pressed some more buttons… It read:

Sacchi then accessed a file called “X-Virus’s side effects”

It read:

“These are my findings about the X-Virus effects on the host.

Having the power to stop time in the digital world and things like that. There seems to be another side-effect though…
Running experiments on living specimens (me included) infected with the virus, even if only a slight dose. All specimens seemed to have a much larger “Sexual Desire””. It seems that even un-affected people can have this side-effect if he or she is surrounded by the X Virus, even if he or she is not infected.

I will have to look more into this matter, though being a half-scientist and an actual DSG member is not easy. It is probable that I may never update this file again, though I will do my best at doing so.

“Looks like this is going to be a long… Long mission…” Sacchi Sighs deeply, grabs the wood and goes deeper into the forest.

…Back to the camp…

“No Sora… I’m actually kind of glad you were the first one to find something like that out…” Said Tai

Two hours later…

“I can say the same… But we better get dressed befo—“

Sora and Tai got themselves dressed and sat near the fire. Sacchi by their side.

“Hey! Don’t even joke about that! This is serious! Don’t tell anyone!” Tai said.

Meanwhile…

“You got his location?” The girl asked.

“Yes we have it. It was surprisingly near too.” The muffled voice answered. “Are you ready?” the voice asked.

“Well let’s see… My unlimited stock of knives, the X-Virus in my core and two really powerful digimon infected with the X-Virus. What more can I need?” She jokes.

“Go already, don’t keep us waiting.”

“I won’t… I promise…” She answers while leaving the room…
