Biggest Surprise:
Gears of War II never played the first so I knew the series was good, but HO-LEE-SHITE! that was the best campaign mode I have ever played for a First or Third person shooting game! The game play was awesome and it wasn't ridiculously easy. Every single attack you HAVE to get cover or you will get crushed.
Biggest Disappointment:
Halo 3 It just didn't live up to the hype and not even the online play is that good. In order to play all of the online game modes you have to buy all the other maps! If you don't you're stuck playing Social Team Slayer and Rumble matches which gets really boring really fast. I actually had more fun and challenge playing campaign mode.
