Maybe but not 100% true. The editor of the fic can choose whether or not a thread is approved or not, after-all. That way the fic can be kept under control on Chyoo.
OH! And if anyone is interested, I have a Star Fox fic that I am working on if you want to read. Well actually its a crazy-ass lemon, but still.
