This reply may be nearly a month late, but I know the reason as to why you cannot get the site to work... it is... naturally, because the person who gave the link did not link to the main page as I complained in the post after his.
The moderator is now called YaoiCream and the URL is now http://yaoicream.2ya.com and the site is now primarily (from what I can tell) forums based.
Unfortunately, now you have to submit enough yaoi pictures and fanfics to earn 150 points and hence become a member, before you can view the majority of the pictures archived there. Them's the breaks of the new site, I'm afraid.
