I thought it was just the normal kinda blind rage until I broke someone's nose in a single punch. This coming a 165 lb. couch potato! I'm surprised I don't turn green during this rare periods...
I have what psychologists call 'Physical Rage'. The adrenelene (spelling?) is so abnormally concentrated during such an anger fit that it acts like a temporary steroid, increasing my muscle strength and dampening my common sense. I don't really believe it myself, but that don't matter until an incident happens... I feel sorry for the dude who pushes me past that threshold.
