Well, in the original, he is still a legend and champion of the Digimon card game, kinda justified if we think he was the star of many Digimon videogames. I say the most overated is Veemon, for a Digimon that is partner of the "Hero" of the show, first it needs to train to reach CHAMPION stage, and they needs to DNA digivolve to reach perfect. Then it needs a GOD to help him reach mega, and in the last 02 movie needs to borrow Omegamon power, in other words, he is a wimp!
