Long ago a great war between heaven and hell raged through the world. Many humans died but some were captured and turned into slaves. The forces of Heaven fought Demons of Hell but were quickly overwhelmed. Soon the Kingdom of Man and the Kingdom of Heaven fell before Hells forces. The angels and humans enslaved and the Demons ruling all.
