First, see if you can get the loan. If you can get it, try to pay it off while in school by getting a part-time job. Fast food places are usually pretty nice about giving hours that work around student class schedules (you'd have to get a working visa or some false documentation), and keep in mind, a job in the U.S. will pay U.S. money.
