A God-mode in RPG's means when you are keeping your character off harm always, that you don't even take wrong things upon him or her.
Let's say you are in a fight, and every single blow another character tries to to hit you with, you evade it, or simply don't take damage at all. That's god mode.
Let's say in the RPG, everyone has fallen into a trap, hurting themselves, but you just say that your character was too fast to fall. And out of 5 traps the others have fallen into, your character always evaded them. That's god mode.
In short, God Modding is when you don't have your character suffer even once anything negatively.
