Rape has nothing to do with the sex. It has to do with power. Love is supposed to be mutual, not forced. And oggling is unneccesary with love, since you are focusing primarily on how the person looks, not how they act.

Agreed. I hate people who associate Rape with Love -- although acting out a rape fantasy can be very fun. But it's not worth it unless both parties are consenting to the role-playing involved. After all, that's the difference between acting out a fantasy and actually raping someone.

Humans have an...unfortunate ability to convert a completely unarousing object to a sexual thing. Humans are hella complex to understand, but underlying, general personality traits can uncover what someone is really like.

Perhpas "non-sexual" is a better choice than "unarousing" in this paragraph.

And as for fetishes which you detail in the last paragraph, I find these to be more intense extensions of sexuality. For example, you look up standard run-of-the-mill porn on the internet. Ok, great, this turns you on for 3 months or so, but eventually it fails to give you that arousal. Now, you turn to something else, or a fetish, that can be completely unrelated to sex, but since you are now at a more advanced stage of sexuality, your mind and body are searching for something to kindle that arousal again. It's almost random what your body and mind choose, but in some way you find that pleasuring and you expand on it to incorporate more sexual ideas.

Certainly some people may explore fetishes as entensions of their waning of interest in "vanilla" porn, but if this is true, how do you explain someone who was more into a specific type of behaviours before they were even exposed to pornography? And if they only develop as a result of what you said, then how can my MC/Hypno fetish be explained? I was into MC/Hypno before I even caed about sex, and yet straight porn is no less arousing to me than it was when I was 16, and MC/Hypno is no less arousing despite the time I've been exposed to it..

I will agree that a fetish is an advanced expression of sexuality, as no "vanilla" image or story can compete to me with a well written story (or well manipulated image) involving mind control or hypnosis, even if the latter isn't specifically pornographic or sexual in nature. But I do not believe they arise simply because we grow bored of "vanilla" sexuality.

On topic to the OP -- I believe the best clothing on any Digimon is the clothing they come with or none whatsoever. I will concede that images in which more anthropomorphized Digimon are shown with clothing can be very much arousing, but I still believe they all look their best when they are drawn as intended or simply nude, if that was not their original design. Further clothing appeals to the desire to humanize the unfamiliar, or to other fetishes, but I don't think think Angewomon would look any hotter in a bikini than she does in her normal design, nor that any clothes could make Renamon hotter than she is with only her fur. Some would, however, disagree and say that a diaper makes them look hotter, or that leather, or thongs, or anything else will make them look hotter. I will not protest to those opinions unless they are presented as universal truths.
