"Being naked is bad." This has to be adapted. It needs to be changed. There should be nothing wrong with seeing a breast. It is a double standard too. Can't show a mans testicles without them being censored, but its okay to see a dogs balls on TV?
And people say my ideas are unrealistic... First of all, a "PAD" is unnecessary, as Congress and the Supreme Court are both supposed to serve that function.
Second, you can't "desensitize" people's minds to nudity. If bare flesh was not forbidden, it would not be so desirable. Plus, sensitivity to nudity is partially a survival mechanism. We are naturally inclined to cover ourselves when outdoors, and by wearing clothes outdoors, we lessen the damage done to our bodies by the elements.
