We've been over this. You can't get rid of the FCC, because at least 51% of the American population are for it, and because, even after the Super Bowl fiasco, the FCC technically hasn't overstepped its bounds. Most of the recent censorship was done by the broadcasting companies themselves, without actually being prompted by the FCC.
And anyway, the FCC is needed in order to regulate things like media ownership.
