((Visit the pool, watch the shows, eat, I would assume KAse would sometimes go exploring to find a way out, and more likely than not Orcs or other visitors would enter the slave room to try and seduce Kase, though May would most likely have slept with most of them, keeping her sister safe. Right now, I would assume Kase is by himself, with May having sacrifice herself again by sleeping with someone)
