Hori glanced down at his own bat, it'd be useless as a cutting tool too, "Hmm, I got an idea." he glanced back up at the tendril, holding out his hand, the small card from the velvet room materializing in his hand, "Varuna!" He shouted, crushing the card in his hand, the persona sealed inside it materializing infront of him. Varuna's hand split open, the long boney blade extending out of it as he swung forward, cleaving through the tendril. Hori flinched slightly, feeling a short but sharp pain run through his body, What, the heck was that? Felt like something hurt me.
