Well, on a different note, the characters could be depicted as furries because furries are stereotyped as perverts. Talking could refer to meeting each other, drawing could refer to the start of their relationship, and getting to the other side could be interpreted as sexual intercourse.
Now the boy brutally beats the glass wall (which symbolizes the girl's virginity... or maybe hymen) and manages to break it- technically- because he has a premature ejaculation, making him too embarrassed to be with her (hand gets damaged) and he can't bare to show his face to her anymore. And then she reveals that she gave him another chance (her hand)- or perhaps that can symbolize venereal disease.
