I have a saying. Never expect the good, that way whenever something good does happen it's a good suprise.

Everyone wants some help from others, but sometimes you have to accept that people are not computers; they aren't always attracted to certain things and you can't get much for free, so enjoy what little you get out of life because it's better then moping around. My two cents, take them if you find them valuable, if not then just toss them into the fountain of disregard.
